TFT patch 12.12b is significantly longer than normal patch b, with three weeks between the release of patch 12.13 instead of the usual two. While these changes weaken champions who were too strong as a result of the patch, they also give weaker champions some much-needed buffs.
Below we have listed the full patch notes for TFT Patch 12.12b.
reinforces
There are no settings to improve this patch. Instead, Astral Soul and Dragonmancer Heart were removed as the buff was too weak and too strong respectively.
Properties
The big changes here are that Dragonmancers should take over, with weaker traits like Whisper and Astral getting some help.

Level 1 unit
Not much change here. As a result, Tahm Kenchi has toned down his early game dominance and Wladimir is gaining some much-needed buffs.
a level 2 unit
Even less here, most of the time Lilia’s magic needs a lot of upgrades.
a level 3 unit
Sylas is already getting some good buffs which should make him a very popular choice given his beneficial synergies.
a level 4 unit
Most champion switches happen between fourth tier units. Besides a decent following, Saifen is mostly nervous in these areas, since most of the four paid rides are so strong. Notably Xayah, Corki, and Idas, who received some pretty notable hits.
things
Adjusted a few items to keep them on an even keel, including Sunfire Cape getting nerfed and Giant Slayer getting buffs.
Bug fix
Unlike the large number of bugfixes in 12.12, the b-patch only receives a minor fix.
