LoL: French at the LEC; difficult recovery

The first week of the LEC was not easy for the French players. LTheir three teams are currently closing in the Europa League table and only SK have managed to win (against BDS). Were the performances of the French players up to par or, on the contrary, were they partly responsible for the collapse of this recovery?

score out of 10:

  • 0: Play Yummy Jungle (but why??)
  • 1: Human room
  • 2: Poor performance, LEC drive is worthless
  • 3-4: Small/big mistakes were made as expected
  • 5: Average / alternately excellent and average
  • 6-7: With his solid support, the player was one of the team’s driving forces
  • 8-9: Not content with directly beating the opponent(s), the player offered himself the luxury of making crazy moves.
  • 9.5:1v9 God per 200 IQ increments
  • 10: If perfection had a name, it would be its own
  • 11:1v9 God moves at 200 IQ when playing in the Yum Jungle

The Jesuits are not credible

The tricolor adc has struggled to convince this week. He struggled through all stages of laning, and while that’s understandable against BDS and Mad Lions, where he played by far the best champions Kai’Sa and Jinx early in the game, it was far less palatable to Fnatic. He should have taken advantage of Tristan early with Tristan, overwhelmed with exhaustion and Ezrel. We can’t blame him too much for major errors in teamfights, but he didn’t shine particularly well. We can say that it is a week of preparation, but if SK wants to qualify for the playoffs, we will have to do much better in the weeks to come.

Veteo is in trouble

The Misfits mid laner hasn’t had an easy week. The team started the season badly and lost to XL without a single kill. Not much to say here, the XL just dominated the head and shoulders. Veto is not responsible, but did nothing to confront the opponents. Although he scored an even worse goal in the second game, his overall game was slightly better. Sure, some mistakes can be unfortunate, but you also have to admit that Vitality plays a lot in midfield and Victor is definitely not the ideal champion to face Volibear and Corki (and Ornn. and Yuumi). there were a lot of people on that front/middle center line). Tricolor, on the other hand, has a much bigger responsibility in Astral’s defeat. His silas couldn’t hold back the shock of Dajor’s Yone, and the veto often came too late. This really allowed their Irrelevant opponents to snowball into Jax, which ultimately prevented the Misfits from fulfilling their game plans. There were no levels in this particular game.

Well, we’ll have to wait until next week.

NUCLEARINT ok third, but BDS disturbs

BDS support has been disappointing this week. The team showed great things, but also a very good mood in the shooting match (EU Top 1 in this category). Despite several different champions, the French performances were quite good. Despite some positioning errors (e.g. when Vitality was caught alone), he did more work in lane stages and early encounters. Also, he was unlucky in TP against SK at the critical moment. This action didn’t necessarily cost the game, but it adds a point to many BDS macro errors that need to be fixed immediately. Beating them was probably the hardest part, because losing to someone stronger than you is one thing, but losing once you’ve mastered the game from start to finish is terrible for morale.

If the third game was not noted, it’s because something crazy happened in its time. When BDS prevailed, they created Nashor. Everything was fine until the team let the Baron chase the player, so Haru took it easy. It is impossible to know how this summons was made, but the final score would be very different depending on whether the player was responsible or not. That’s why we decided not to review it. Despite significant macro shortcomings, BDS is the team that showed the most of the last three teams in our opinion. They will follow their evolution, but it is too early to think about their burial.
