In patch 12.10, Riot Games wanted to focus on increasing stamina in League of Legends. Efforts to achieve this brought a hotfix where almost all champions were affected to some degree by the changes they wanted to make. Of course, these stamina changes go beyond champions.

Here are the changes to the 12.10 stamina patch trigger spells:
In the patch notes, the devs wrote, “Our focus is not on holding nerves…because increased stamina means healing, protection, and upkeep are more important. everybodySo we see these systems with roughly equal weight. .
With these changes, Riot hopes the fights will last longer, but the overall playtime will not increase.
