That’s why Riot has confirmed that Patch 12.10 is coming tonight! The show features some new western looks, but this is a particularly big mid-season upgrade. The studio’s goal is to increase the resistance of champions. To do this, the stats of all characters have been changed, and the stats of runes/units/summoners that allow healing, shields, bleeds and armor to penetrate have been reduced.
