GTA 5: Fans complain about character transfers on PS5 and XBSX: one problem after another

GTA 5 is now also coming to PS5 and Xbox Series X, and players are busy transferring their saves. But there are problems with that.

At 3 a.m. German time, Rockstar Support tweeted that the issue had likely been resolved. Players who switched from PS4 or Xbox One to PC and now want to transfer their console save files to PS5 and Xbox Series X should be able to do so again.

Without retention, progress on PC will be lost. Because it is not yet possible to switch from the PC to the next generation consoles. That’s why fans need to transfer old recording to new consoles.
