Fortnite data mining detected that Jetpacks were not unlocked in Episode 3 of Fortnite: Season 2. Here’s what you need to know.
A fierce fight between the resistance and an imaginary order, the battle rages towards Condo Canyon where the two powers vie for control. With so many weapons and features at their disposal, players seem to have received another tactical advantage: Jetpacks.
According to Fortnite’s famous data miner Shina, the Jetpacks are back on the island. This seems to be confirmed thanks to the last map update. Jetpacks rarely need explaining, but just in case: this little piece of gear will help players gain some vertical space, especially after the useful Zero Build mod.
So where can players get Jetpack?

Unlike many accessories added to Fortnite, the Jetpack will not be ubiquitous. Instead, players will have to resort to IO balloons floating above certain POIs. Best bets: Condo Canyon, Rocky Reels, Tilted Towers, Command Cavern or Coney Crossroads.
Wrap yourself in a pillow and enter through the interior entrance. Look at the walls to see the beautifully hidden Jetpack. Contact him to obtain it and add it to your arsenal.
Players will be able to travel vertically and even sideways, giving them extra mobility on the pitch. Once equipped with the Jetpack, it is always active, meaning players can use it at any time.
