A control armored battle bus has been added in the latest season of Fortnite. Here’s what you need to know.
Fortnite Chapter 3: Season 2 is finally here and it comes with some serious changes. The most visible is the temporary removal of the building; this means that players can no longer build a wall or two to contain incoming fire. But don’t worry – it’s all part of this season’s story and will probably be back soon.
This season, players can get new weapons, increase floating IO balloons, and even jump against enemies. With this latest update, there are a lot of things worth trying, including a new control armor bus. This new car is equipped with Chonkers tires, cow dung and a light and heavy tower that makes it a real fortress on wheels.

The Armored Battle Bus is a feature that, at the time of writing, must be 100% funded using gold bars. Players must work together and donate gold bands to reach the number needed to unlock the armor.
There are currently two places where players can donate their gold bars to the Battle Bus: Sanctuary and Synapse Station. There are many fundraising stations on the Fortnite island, but each has its own purpose. Players can donate 50 gold to their gold lanes.
It should be noted that each funding station is its own separate unit. Only the Battle Bus at this location will be unlocked after reaching 100% funding.
When fully funded, the Armored Battle Bus can only be found in resistance occupied points of interest.
