Can’t find malicious playlists in Fortnite? Here’s what you need to know.
Last year, Epic Games announced the release of a new Fortnite game mode called Imposters. Although the inspiration clearly came from the popular board game Within Us Innersloth, it took Epic Games a full month to officially acknowledge the effect.
Fortnite’s Imposters mode follows a similar format to Among Us, with a third-person perspective rather than the top-down view of the original. Players take on the role of an agent or thief tasked with eliminating opponents.
However, players who have recently gotten into Fortnite may notice the lack of a mod. So where did he go?
Since Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 3 update v21.50, copied playlists are vaulted.
In a v21.50 blog post, Epic Games said, “We have removed impostor playlists as our teams are focused on other Fortnite projects.”

“We would like to thank everyone who trusted, betrayed and, of course, joined Peely Party during its limited release.
As of this writing, it’s unclear if Epic Games plans to remove the game mode in the future. As is often the case with Fortnite, usually nothing is frozen and the limited time mode may indeed reappear.
