The return of the old card with next season? That’s why we believe!

Fortnite’s current Season 3 will end in just a month, and dataminers are starting to spread rumors and leaks about what’s next in Battle Royale. One of them, Hypex, recently opted to “go back in time 100%” for next season.Including an arsenal of weapons straight from the first part of the game.

The reason the season is all about nostalgia comes from its timing with Fortnite’s anniversary. Battle Royale is about to blow out the fifth candle. On this occasion, the developers would combine the best of all the previous seasons to create a kind of “best” season.

Back to the OG map, shall we?

It’s hard to imagine how a “nostalgic special” season would work without the return of the old map that made Fortnite world famous in its early days. An arsenal of old weapons will not be enough to dive into the first seasons of Fortnite. At the very least, the return of a few iconic cities will take Chapter 1 to get things going!

make you remember The community is strongly calling for a return to the old Fortnite map, before each new season. Many fans believe that returning to “classic” Fortnite will bring back the incredible excitement that Battle Royale had in its first year.

Fortnite: Battle Royale

A surprise ambush

Capturing this theory is that other rumors (shared by well-known leakers) suggest next season will be themed around the Marvel Universe. That said, basing the entire season on a mix of Fortnite OG and Marvel feels a bit overwhelming. It is unlikely that these two main themes can coexist.
