To beat Darth Vader in Fortnite, you must first find him. You must also be the first to deposit it.

Darth Vader arrived in Fortnite earlier this week, with Epic Games urging players to take to Twitter this morning.

Here’s a quick three-step guide to defeating the Sith Lord in Battle Royale.

When the Battle Bus enters the map, Vader’s ship flies past it as if Vader is inside and nods to players, “Come get me.” Be very careful where it falls. As a randomly generated NPC, the Vader ship will land at a different location each turn. Don’t worry if you miss it, the red light indicates the landing spot.

It might be wise to grab some loot before facing him. After all, he has a unique force command. You might want to kill him with something other than a beard. Even a few medications may not hurt.

Be warned, Vader is equipped with two Stormtroopers for company and they aren’t very friendly. While their in-game goal is to match their reputation on the big screen, their health stats are strong. When you meet Vader, pay attention to his agility. The child spins a lot for his age. He also repels bullets well with his bulb.
