Reduced latency on consoles
Epic Games PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X for 60fps screens | Improved S performance. Players can now reduce keystrokes by selecting “Low Control Latency Mode” in Settings (Settings > Gaming > Additional Game Options). Low latency control mode is enabled by default.
120 FPS mode on PS5
It is now easier for PS5 players to enable 120 FPS mode in Fortnite.
For this, players no longer need to go to console settings. Instead, 120 IPS mode can be enabled as follows:
- Open Settings in the Fortnite sidebar.
- Select graphics.
- 120 Set IPS mode Yes.
- Choose a remedy.
