Fortnite Feathers are the final collectibles needed to unlock Haven Masks. Here’s what you need to know.
Feathers are a new collectible available in Fortnite Chapter 3, Season 1. With the latest update, players will now be able to place Feathers around the island to craft special cosmetic items – Haven Masks.
If you have Fortnite’s Battle Pass for this season, you’ll notice that you can unlock Haven yourself. With this, you will have access to a large number of animal-themed masks that require feathers, and some completed challenges to unlock.
So where do you find these feathers?
Fortunately, the feathers should not be missing. Thanks to the recent hotfix, the feather drop rate has increased significantly. Players will find these feathers in all types of chests, including rare chests, IO chests, and basements.

Playing a simple match as you normally would, opening the chest will likely naturally allow you to pick up a few feathers along the way. It’s important to remember that you need to complete this mask challenge before buying a mask with your hair.
There are a total of 30 masks that require different numbers of feathers, from 10 to 20, for players to collect.
Unfortunately, these masks will only be available to those who own the Battle Pass. They’ll likely be available in mid-March before the season ends, so be sure to grab whatever you can before they’re gone forever.
