Yes, FIFA 23 will be the last FIFA, according to EA Sports. When EA announced the end of their partnership with FIFA, they also shared that a new name will be released for the football series in the future.
According to EA, the title after FIFA 23 will be EA Sports FC instead of FIFA 24. The only in-game change will be the name of the game. All licensed clubs and leagues should still appear in-game. This includes the return of Juventus in Serie A.
Although it ends after FIFA 23, the franchise will happily continue forever, so FIFA fans need not worry about the franchise ending together.
