Erling Holland officially left Borussia Dortmund for Manchester City this summer and will play for the club in the 22/23 season. In FIFA 22 all of his cards were for Dortmund, but that will change in FIFA 23.

Haaland is almost guaranteed to host the OTW at FIFA 23 and should start with a pretty high rating. After last season, Netherlands’ base 88-point gold card upgrade is expected to be 89 or 90.
His OTW will be renewable as he will receive TOTW throughout the year and if Manchester City win five matches in a row. For the winter season, Haaland OTW FIFA 23 could be one of the best strikers in the game if he receives early updates.
Other notable signings OTWs can get in FIFA 23 include Bayern’s Sadio Mane, Liverpool’s Darwin Nunez, and Real Madrid’s Anthony Rudiger. The FIFA 22 OTW promotion will be huge due to the signings of Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi while the FIFA 23 OTW will also be a great promotion.
