FIFA 22 TOTS Swaps 1 tokens can now be purchased from SBCs. The coin exchange system allows players to receive coins and exchange them for rewards by completing objectives and SBCs during TOTS.
These rewards include over 84 x25 packs, guaranteed TOTS upgrades from select leagues, and even Prime Icon Moments players. However, they can only be changed for a limited time. Here is when TOTS Swap 1 expires.

According to EA, it looks like there will be multiple TOTS Swap sets in TOTS with at least two sets. Under the SBC Trading tab, each newly released Trade Reward SBC is available for one week, including Friday, May 27 at 1:00 PM ET. This will most likely be the expiration date of TOTS Swap 1.
It’s unknown if TOTS Swaps 2 tokens and rewards will be available after TOTS Swaps 1 ends, but we should hear more from EA next week about it. Click here for a full list of available tokens.
