It also updated dribbling and tempo, which is one of the minor issues with the base FIFA Gold Card, making it more lightweight. Overall, Lewandowski is one of the most successful Bundesliga TOTS players and if you can’t get TOTY, his TOTS is a solid alternative.

However, he still has higher pace and shooting power with 98 dribbling and 97 assists. This makes it one of the most complete and overloaded maps in FIFA. Without any of Dortmund’s British marvels, he could easily top our list.

Bellingham’s TOTS card has over 90 stats that put him in the notorious Nainggolan gang, while Rada Nainggolan has a FIFA 17 TOTS card. With his high performance ratios, Bellingham can play anywhere in midfield and will undoubtedly be the best midfielder for any player who can buy him. This TOTS is arguably the best midfielder available in all of FIFA, not just TOTS.
