Earlier last week, Cloud9 announced that it was returning to its CS:GO roots and bringing the team back to the game. Cloud9’s decision to enter the CS:GO scene was prompted by concerns over COVID- 19 and the team’s inability to train effectively one-on-one.
This is just one of many new rosters that have emerged since Complexity released their new roster in January.
Many were excited about the re-emergence of their favorite sports team. Many welcomed the decision and tweeted their support and tried to market their skills, hoping they would be hired.
The list includes signature Gambit, which is respected and well-known in the sports scene.
New players added to Cloud9’s arsenal are Sergei “Ax1Le” Rikhtorov, Dmitry “Sh1ro” Sokolov, Timofey “Interz” Yakushin, Vladislav “Nafan” Gorshkov, and Abai “The Hobbit” Hasanov.
According to HLTV rankings, the list currently ranks third in the world.
