Potential New Firing Range Mode Coming to Warzone Sequel

For a game that relies heavily on tuning its weapons to suit custom playstyles, Warzone puts all the pain of the loadout to the test. Currently the only options are to put the kit together, add a few addons that might work, and load up a long match, hoping you find enough enemies to do a good round of testing. That doesn’t even mean you have to constantly rearrange the whole load in the game of diversity or nerds and buffs.

But that dark time may be over, as a Call of Duty reveal says Warzone 2 will eventually add a firing range for players to test out their designs.

Prominent Call of Duty spokesperson TheGhostofHope posted a photo on Twitter on Friday, which they claim is a screenshot of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 appearing on the firing range. They just tweeted: “Modern Warfare II will have a firing range.” Shortly after, TheGhostofHope wrote another tweet: “We can only assume this will also happen in Warzone 2.”

While that kind of logic makes sense, it doesn’t necessarily mean the firing range will change, as Warzone 2 will release after the recent Modern Warfare 2. Still, it’s a possibility, and it’s more likely to be actually installed because it’s a feature fans have been wanting since Warzone was released.
