Activision turns the tide around CoD scammers with unseen regular gamer behavior

To prevent online fraud, Activision has installed a new system where all regular players are invisible to anyone caught working with illegal software.

Activision chose to introduce Ricochet, a new anti-cheating technology that was released on April 26 to address the problem of unnecessary hackers and cheats in Warzone, especially in ranked matches.

Due to the huge popularity of Warzone, the company has worked overtime to eliminate as many pirates as possible. Recently, however, the company announced a few new changes to its hacker-related methods. Instead of just banning them, a new anti-cheat will detect the hacker and then make all regular players invisible to any hacker. This fun new mechanic will debut a lead shield mechanic where pirate shots are fired directly at players, effectively turning them into free food for fox-focused Warzone missions.

The new show comes after the official Call of Duty page posted a pretty chilling tweet calling out the crooks.
