Warzone Pacific Season 3 SMG Tier List

A list of our Warzone Season 3 SMG Tiers is here to make it clear which tool will be put to best use with the release of the latest major Raven software update on Caldera and Rebirth Island.

We didn’t get the new SMG with the Season 3 patch, but we did see changes to various weapon class options. Hence how the SMGs come together in Call of Duty: Warzone Pacific Season 3.

There are seven SMGs in the S tier that are well respected above the rest. Overall, while the Milano 821 remains a distinctive option for sniper support, the nerfs to the MP-40, Type 100 and Owen Gun mean there needs to be more variety among viable SMG variants. LAPA, Vanguard PPSh-41, and Welgun still result in high K/D ratios for those who use them, so keep it up.

Arrange

There are eight SMGs that are top-notch at Tier A and generally still very balanced for use in Warzone. Essentially, these options are behind the main meta, but can still get the job done and keep you competitive. The Armaguerra 43 got a bit edgy and slowed the gun speed a bit, but it also increased its damage and bullet speed. Meanwhile, Black Ops Cold War MP5, PP19 Bison, OTs 9, Sten, Black Ops Cold War PPSh-41, MAC-10, and Bullfrog continue to be used for sleep.

B-level

There are a few B-tier SMGs that remain intact but can use small batches to get more players to seriously consider using them. These options have proven to be valuable hosting experience, but will likely mean nothing in the new Pacific era of the warzone.

Whether it’s a melee or sniper support option, these C-tier SMGs stay in the pack for a long time and aren’t close to being in the meta.
