Our Warzone Pacific SMG tier list for April 2022 is here to find out which tool is best to use, as the new meta has been setting up quite a bit since the start of Reloaded’s second season.
With the Season 2 Reload Patch, we not only got the new Armaguerra 43, but we also saw some changes to various weapon class variants. As such, the Call of Duty: Warzone Pacific Season 2 Reloaded SMG weapon class is compiled in April 2022 as follows.

Layers
There are seven SMGs in the S tier that are well respected above the rest. While the MP-40 remains the most popular weapon currently used in Warzone and Vanguard, those who spend time with the Owen Gun may find it even more effective. Like the Vargo 52, the Owen Gun is not only the best weapon in its class for playing the role of a traditional SMG, but also an elite weapon as a sniper support option. The Milano 821 remains an outstanding sniper support option. Although Raven made the Welgun difficult to use because it’s such a devastating weapon, it’s still one of the best options in the game. Meanwhile, the Type 100 still results in high K/D ratios for those using LAPA and Vanguard PPSh-41, so feel free to continue.
Stage
There are seven SMGs that remain viable first class and generally very well balanced for use in Warzone. Essentially, these options are behind the main meta, but can still get the job done and keep you competitive. The Armaguerra 43s, Black Ops Cold War MP5s, OTs 9s, and Sten stay especially close to S-tier as they remain great options for those who use them comfortably.
B-level
There are a few B-tier SMGs that remain intact but can use small batches to get more players to seriously consider using them. These options have proven to be valuable hosting experience, but will likely mean nothing in the new Pacific era of the warzone.
layer C
Whether it’s a melee or sniper support option, these C-tier SMGs stay in the pack for a long time and aren’t close to being in the meta.
