The best dormant weapon in Warzone season 5

For those who want to change things up with their custom classes but stay as competitive as possible in the current weapon meta, here’s a list of the top five sleeper weapons to use in Call of Duty: Warzone Season 5.

The UGR SMG from Black Ops Cold War is a weapon that probably doesn’t stand a chance in the weapon meta-stain. It’s popped up quietly a few times since it was added and has become a fun weapon to use.

Next up is the MG 82, which has long been an above average weapon in Warzone. Statistically and gameplay-wise, the MG 82 can rival the best of TTK thanks to its massive damage and recoil control.

Still, one of the best sniper mounts in the game is the AS44 Resurgence option. For those who can control its recoil, the AS44 can absolutely fry close to medium range players.

Like the UGR, the Vargo 52 is another recently added Black Ops Cold War weapon that can compete in today’s Warzone meta. With low recoil and consistent TTK, the Vargo 52 packs more punch at long range.

The Vanguard M1 Garand Assault Rifle ranks #1 on this list. In Raven Software’s latest major update, the M1 Garand now not only uses assault rifle ammo, but also has 33% reduced recoil and 13.4% increased muzzle velocity. This weapon should turn many players into believers in the coming weeks.
