War Zone 2 Season Updated Weapons Detailed Changes –

Warzone Season 2 Reloaded hit the servers straight on Wednesday and brought some changes to the game. As always, the main focus of the upgrade was weapon layouts.

The main weapon change in the mid-season update is, of course, the addition of new weapons. The Armaguerra 43 is a machine gun with a very high rate of fire but loses its effectiveness at long range. Expect plenty of sightings of this weapon over the next few weeks of play as players will understand where it sits in the meta.

A few additional weapons have returned to the game to change the balance of power. Vargo 52 had injuries all over, but saw the neck injury multiplier increase slightly to compensate. Sten’s ammo capacity has been increased to make the rest of his stats more believable. A pair of shotguns received bullet velocity.

Check out the full list of changes below, then check out the map changes here and the full patch notes here.

new weapons

Armaguera 43 (VG)

gun regulations

assault rifles

Vargo 52 (BOCW)

The Vargo 52 (BOCW) is a powerful new addition to the AR category and has perfected where we wanted it to. We expect the gun to still stand out in damage range and will be watching it closely in the future.

Volkssturmgewehr (VG)

The Volkssturmgewehr (VG) turns right while shooting, which can distract or distract the eye when it matters most. This change greatly reduces weapon movement.

shotguns

G-43 (VG)

M1 Garand (TB)

The ADS delay time is the point in the Target Downsight animation where it can be interrupted by other actions. This change will make its handling lighter and more responsive.

SVT-40 (VG)

The vanguard shooter fell behind when he saw the speed. This adjustment aims to make them much more reliable in the optimal range.

close combat

This change is significant because melee weapons have 135 damage, and if that damage remains unchanged, it will take 3 continuous hits to kill as base health increases.

musket

Einhorn Doner (TB)

sniper rifles

3 line rifle (VG)

Type 99 (VG)

machine guns

Stan (VG)

On paper, Sten (VG) has an incredibly compelling statistical streak. In fact, he suffered greatly from his limited magazine capacity – which prevented him from cutting off the upper echelon machine guns. A moderate increase in magazine size will make the Sten (VG) a more competitive option for those who prefer high mobile playstyles.

Welgun (TB)
