Added to its long list of targeted features, both gameplay and cosmetic, it looks like Activision is trying to breathe new life into Warzone and Vanguard for the summer season. Warzone is adding everything from new weapons and vehicles to new weapon trading stations and improved game modes.
The focus is on the drastic revamp of the ironically named Renaissance Island, which will receive several changed points on the map such as the wharf, Tronghold and the fort. These areas receive many visual improvements, new parts and new components to increase the complexity of the gameplay; for example, adding two large supply ships to the dock for players to explore and hide in.
Warzone will also be increasing legacy game modes in its weekly playlists, including Blood Money, Payload, and Resurgence modes. Hopefully this will lead to more comprehensive updates focusing on these game modes and helping to add some extra spice to Warzone.
