Fix for aim assist bug coming soon to foreground in Warzone

In addition to announcing fixes for the upcoming Season 2 Reloaded game Call of Duty: Vanguard, Sledgehammer Games appears to have fixed an objective supported bug that was also locking players out of Warzone.

The announcement was made on Twitter on Tuesday, revealing that while the patch has been made to Vanguard, Raven Software hopes to bring it to Warzone soon.

“During the first season of Vanguard, we saw reports from players suggesting that the Aim Assist system wasn’t always working properly,” Sledgehammer said in a developer blog post. “We are optimistic today to have fixed a bug that caused Aim Assist to intermittently stop an enemy player.

“When working properly, the Aim Assist system analyzes every shot in game to determine whether it should activate based on whether the enemy is in focus or not. This is what we call ‘aim control’. player visibility”. visibility will be checked before starting the action. In some scenarios, the Aim Assist system was under the impression that the player was not visible, meaning that Aim Assist could potentially be disabled multiple times by a single interaction.

As such, with today’s change, advanced gamers should realize that the game’s target wizard should “act as set”.

Recently, Raven added on Twitter that the glitch is also occurring in Warzone, but the fix will be released “in the coming weeks.”
