CoD pro Crimsix recently joked that the first build of Modern Warfare 2 felt like a mobile game.
There have already been plenty of leaks in Modern Warfare 2, Activision’s next entry in the long-running Call of Duty series. From weapons to maps to throwback mods, there seems to be very little we haven’t seen in the new game yet – and it’s not even out yet.
Call of Duty pro and former New York Subliners player Ian “crimsix” Porter announced in a recent post that he had the opportunity to check out an early build of the game. On August 16, Crimsix gave fans their first thoughts on Modern Warfare 2.
“Just kidding, I’ll just say it,” he began. “Playing on my $5,000 PC, I was legitimately wondering, is this something made for Android? Or is this an iPhone version?

While this reaction will no doubt cause fans some concern, Crimsix had positive thoughts for the upcoming game.
“Don’t get me wrong, I thought that was pretty cool. I thought that was kinda fun.
It should be noted that these professional players have access to an early version of the game which may not be a general reflection of the finished product. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 will be released on October 28, with beta access starting a month ago. Players will soon see for themselves the true state of Modern Warfare 2, and I hope the finished product inspires even more faith.
