As a title where CoD has traditionally been a controller-only shooter, the increased support and integration of PC versions and cross-play in recent years means that both entries often have players battling in and out. Game.
According to Warzone content creator JGOD, choosing a keyboard and mouse controller is pointless in Call of Duty.
“I think it’s easy for any controller player to kill any keyboard and mouse player,” JGOD said on a recent broadcast. “Literally help for that… I don’t know why people play CoD with a keyboard and mouse. It’s like you just want to be frustrated with the game.

It’s not too surprising to hear JGOD’s thoughts on this, as CoD has long been known to be a pro-level only 6v6 multiplayer controller game.
Also, compared to Fortnite and Apex Legends – where controller players get too much heat to abuse aim assist – CoD is probably the worst of the three when it comes to two inputs.
“If I go buy 100 keyboards and mice and get 100 controllers,” JGOD said, and if I randomly assemble them, controllers dominate the average keyboards and mice in Warzone.
