Raven Software announced on Wednesday that Radar Jammers have been nerfed in Season 4 of Call of Duty: Warzone.

For those who think Radar Jammers screwed things up in Fortune’s Keep and Rebirth Island, Raven has released a small update to fix things.

As revealed in an official report published Wednesday by Raven Software, the developers have reduced the effective radius of radar jammers by 20% in Fortune’s Keep and Rebirth Island.

Given that both of these maps are small, it certainly makes sense given the power of radar jammers in the environment.

When jammers are activated, they scramble enemy player minimaps for 45 seconds and disrupt the Smart Kills, Heartbeat Sensors, and Pings of anyone within its radius. It also prevents players from seeing the circle when it closes, often directly causing multiple player deaths.

Although Raven said he would continue to monitor interaction and feedback on the change, it wasn’t long before players like OpTic Teep called on the developers to reduce the drop rate of Radar Jammers.

“Raven, I’ve been getting really cramped lately” OpTic Teep tweeted“Perhaps you could consider lowering the sink rate. Thank you.”

Radar Jammers, which were originally added as part of Vanguard Season 3 content for Warzone, can be picked up from Supply Drops, Loot Boxes, and Armored Transport Trucks.
