Call of Duty: Warzone Season 4 released on Wednesday, June 22, and many updates have been released since then, changing the meta in Warzone. For Caldera, Rebirth Island, or Fortune’s Keep, a good sniper can take you a long way. But of course, some are better than others.
While we didn’t get a new sniper in Warzone Season 4, the patches did change the ranking of some sniper rifles on our monthly tier list. Here’s how snipers rank on our July sniper rifle tier list for Warzone.
How about turning up the heat a bit with a 60-player weekend exclusive playlist?

Layers
HDR and ZRG are still going strong as the two best snipers in Warzone since they were captured. However, a recently hacked rig by Timthetatman puts the 3-Line Rifle in the running for the best sniper in the game. The bot has incredibly strong firepower. Trying to load from Tim’s video with 10 rounds and accurate scope definitely takes a former A-level sniper to S-level.
Arrange
Outside of the 3-Line promotion, Tier A remains relatively the same since June with a minor update to the top six snipers. You get a solid sniper rifle in both, but lacks the single shot ability of the S-tier option.
B-level
You can use B-tier snipers on this list, but it won’t be much fun to use until you’re having fun. The Swiss K31 hasn’t been great in Warzone for months, and the Dragunov, Rytec AMR, and Pellington all remain middling rifle options.
layer C
The SP-R and the Gorengo Anti-Tank Rifle have been among the lower tier of snipers in Warzone for quite some time, and little attention has been paid to fixing their low speed. Too much gear can’t make these rifles usable and it’s best to leave them in the armory and upgrade to a B-tier sniper instead.
