According to new information, the Modern Warfare 2 beta will start in September instead of the previously leaked August date.
A new report from Ralph Valve via WhatIfGaming claims that Activision has chosen to split the beta over two weekends in September. The beta was previously thought to take place in August, thanks to the product listing on Amazon.
Instead, August appears to be scheduled for a variety of events that will offer a multiplayer demo and a deeper look at the game. The beta will be spread over two weekends, the first of which will be exclusive to PlayStation players.
