Call of Duty League (CDL) Championship Weekend 2022 will be held August 4-7 at the Galen Center in Los Angeles, Calif., Activision announced Wednesday.
For the second year in a row, CDL Champs 2022 will feature the top eight teams competing in the playoffs on the University of Southern California campus. The year-end event will take place approximately two weeks after NY Subliners Major IV, which will be the last chance for teams to qualify this season.

But in addition to the overall number of places and teams unchanged, there would be two big changes for the 2022 playoffs and the championship:
Pre-sale weekend tickets for the tournament will begin at 2 p.m. ET on Monday, June 27, giving fans the chance to get tickets as soon as possible and save $5. The only way to access it is to sign up for the Call of Duty League newsletter.
All tickets for Championship Weekend 2022 go on sale Thursday, June 30 at 10:00 a.m. ET.
