Hacking was a problem for most first-person shooters, and Warzone is no different, and at the height of its popularity, the main reason so many players left was cheating. Finally, Activision introduced RICOCHET, which works to some degree.

It’s not perfect and players still go unpunished. But the game might actually be fun to watch as it will start tracking down cheaters ahead of the official ban. Balls will stop the registration process or be placed in the lobby with other cheaters.

JGOD and broadcaster Toronto Ultra Royalize showed questionable clips.

A tweet made it clear that the RICOCHET program was working.

It seems their bullets stop recording, do no harm to the enemy player, and allow them to destroy the kill. RICOCHET targets hackers’ ability to secure murders. It looks like the player did more than enough weapon damage to defeat the enemy in the clip, but nothing in return.

Bustbeforetrust Twitch Streamer denied the allegations “Sir, I don’t use aimbots, think what you will IDC, I honestly know my talent and potential,” the royals replied.
