After a short delay, the Call of Duty: Vanguard Ranked Play Beta is finally live.

First released yesterday morning, February 17, Vanguard’s long-awaited ranked play beta mode has taken a short hiatus due to a “stats violation” issue. It seems that the problem only appeared live, so the development studio delayed the launch. Treyarch made the announcement via Twitter, but did not specify a date when the diet would begin.

Luckily, the delay was short-lived, and Vanguard’s Ranked Play Beta went live a few hours ago.

Vanguard’s ranked play has been a long-awaited feature since the game released in November. Many players were hoping that some features from previous games, like the Skill Division or the ELO system, would carry over to this competitive mode.

Another draw of the game with points is the prizes it offers. Competitors often have a chance to win prizes based on their performance, operator skins, weapon skins, calling cards, and more. All of these items will be usable in Vanguard and Warzone, allowing players to show off their skills more.
