The Monolithic Suppressor, Warfare’s most modern weapon reload item, is required at Kilo 141 to maximize effective damage range and projectile velocity.
Singuard Arms 19.8″ Prowler Lula is probably the best choice here as it helps with AR damage range, projectile speed, and ricochet control.
Grabbing the Commando Foregrip’s lower barrel is the next attachment in this loadout, as it helps stabilize the Kilo 141’s return and target stability.
A big addition, especially in Trios and Squads, is the 60 Round Mags magazine supplement to stay as aggressive as possible in fights.
Finally, while optics ultimately come down to personal preference, traditional VLK 3.0x optics should be the way to go for mid to long range interaction here.
