The Apex Legends player posted a pretty funny bug with his Wraith Demon Whisper skin. A true cult and demonic appearance was an award-winning battle pass for Season 9. While it’s a huge hit and one of the Wraith’s best looks, it’s guilt-free.
As Redditor Wardite reports, the skin does weird things in certain poses and frame animations. Frame animations are probably dangerous for many skins for animation and probably went unnoticed when the overlay was rolled. But the sad truth is that this skin has been out for a while.
It’s not just new skin that has some weird issues. This skin was released last summer and it’s quite problematic that Respawn hasn’t patched it yet. You may see a similar issue on other Redditors showing texture issues with poses.
Along with the buggy look, fans can expect plenty of new content on the horizon. Respawn is working on a lot of things, including new seasons, mobile, and possibly new features. Fans spotted new legends and weapons during a major leak last month. While the information may span many years, it’s clear that Respawn has the right plan of attack.
Hopefully the new cosmetics are in better condition than the Wraith skin.
