Content creator NICKMERCS has been sticking with Apex Legends Season 14: The Hunt for a few weeks with his bat, and it looks like he’s found his weapon of choice.
While there have been plenty of instances this season where other weapons in the game have crashed or had save issues, one of the game’s longest overlooked options currently appears to be free of such issues.
Summarizing it all in a new YouTube video titled “The Key to Cracking the Prowler”, NICKMERCS shows how the Prowler Burst PDW continues to have the most destructive power in the game.
“Spoiled Prowler has begun,” NICKMERCS told Cloud9 Paris for the “StayNaughty” Gouzoulis post-dubbing. “You should try with a laser. With a violet laser.
StayNaughty went on to explain how the Prowler is more accurate than ever with its new purple laser sight, and players can hit enemies with pinpoint accuracy even up to 100 yards away.
As seen in-game, Nick explained that with the Prowler he doesn’t even need hip fire, and the SMG is nearly impossible to lose if you can control the “strange” recoil pattern.
“I was talking nonsense about Prowler’s drinking,” he said in the NICKMERCS chat. “When you hit that walker at full throttle, I don’t know how you lost it, you just can’t.”
