Apex Legends fans know how hard it is to find an absolute trash early care package. Respawn Entertainment clearly saw the disappointment and only stopped the drop rate of legendary weapons in maintenance packs.
As before, weapons like Crabber had a 7% drop rate in the first two regions, which only increased as the game progressed.

Based on the information above, there is a 25% chance of dropping a Legendary Weapon at each stage of the game. This could have something to do with Crabber’s presence. they were buried compared to previous seasons.
It can be good to respawn when players find these weapons ridiculous because they don’t break as much as before. Commenters on the Twitter feed were quick to share their experience of finding box pistols more often, explaining why.
Respawn may be testing this system and may change it later. They’ve fixed some of the Vantage’s bugs and will likely need to focus on a number of other issues like the hidden delivery box trap.
Wait for these issues to be prioritized before you start lowering rates again.
