Respawn Entertainment was quick to respond to the initial issue when Season 14 began and acknowledged that the problem was the lack of rewards. Players noticed the missing packages when upgrading their characters in the new season of Apex Legends.
On August 10, Respawn reported that they were aware of the issue and were working on a fix. They also said they would respond to any updates to the thread.

August 17, they informed the community and reported that the problem had been diagnosed and that they plan to fix it next week. They don’t know the exact date, but the patch will be released with a fix next week.
Respawn didn’t say if the patch rewards players with missing packs or just fixes the issues. This integer also tracks the weird price of Apex Coins. Buying Apex Coins in bulk is more expensive, so players are only left with the lowest 500 Coins to save.
