Apex Legends’ ranked battle royale mode has long been a topic of discussion between developer Respawn Entertainment and the gaming community, and players seem to be looking for major changes to improve the game’s competitive experience.

Although Respawn has made some changes to the Kill Points (KP) system over the past two seasons, Apex Legends’ Global Ranking (RP) point system, layout distribution, and other lingering concerns seem to have inspired community members at #SaveApexRanked. The social media hashtag has been in the news lately.

Respawn producer Josh Medina tweeted Thursday, “The 13th. ‘Best to have a hashtag that says #ThanksRespawnForSavingApexRanked for the season.’
