Our Apex Legends weapon tier list for March 2022 is here to determine which weapon is best to use, as the new meta has been rebuilt slightly since the start of Season 12 Defiance.
As the meta currently stands, there’s a wide array of weapons that dominate Apex Legends, as always. However, that doesn’t mean players haven’t figured out which weapon is slightly better than the other after the Season 12 patch. Here’s how to collect weapons in Apex Legends: Season 12 Defiance in March 2022.

Layers
Topping the list are the Kraber .50-Cal Sniper, M600 Spitfire, Volt SMG, and G7 Scout earning a free S-Rank pass given that they are this season’s supply rotation. But the VK-47 Flatline joins their unlucky turn, which has retained the same pick and play feature as never before in Defiance.
Stage
For some, these nine weapons could easily be considered S-tier, but for most, it’s likely to take time and some real skill. While the Rampage LMG remains a great option for supporting roleplayers, each of the other options here also serve a particular playstyle.
B-level
It’s an above average B-rank weapon, and it makes you feel like you’re solid and ready to go for a while after the heist. While they can be used to complete games, there are probably better weapons to rely on.
C layer
In the grand scheme of things, these six guns aren’t all that bad. If you play the cards right, you can really win a battle with them. However, it’s probably better to go through other paths in your matches than to use them. For those looking to take a hit, the RE-45 Auto and Mozambique can actually be quite good if you find the Hammerpoint Rounds Hop-Up.
Layer D
Finally, there are two D-tier weapons that may be fine in the fall and early game, but can be swapped out convincingly as the game progresses.
