Respawn Entertainment has released an updated version of the Trello tracker for Apex Legends. After some fun bugs on release, including ones that allow players to use a specific Legend but with different abilities.
There were fewer creative errors that were just annoying, including a few that would really disconnect you from the server or completely break your game.

Highlights include missing upgrade rewards and a recently fixed issue with skill switching. Although we have more on our radar, this is the most relevant.

There are two such errors.
“Game crash caused by grabbing an ally’s banner while equipped with the Seer’s Heartthrob or Rampart’s Waistlander skins.”
“Some boxes of crafting materials may cause accidents when collecting them.”
Both are rare or difficult enough that Respawn is planning to fix them in the next update, so you might encounter these types of bugs again. Respawn also explores a total of five different topics. These can be smaller issues that only affect a few players, or potentially larger issues that may take a while to resolve. Meanwhile, Respawn’s job is to figure out what the problem is, why it’s happening, and if there’s an easy fix. Sometimes a fix can cause more problems, so Respawn has to be careful.
