Apex Legends players are trying to get the popular Triple Take Energy Sniper Rifle to fix an in-game flickering issue nerfed. The problem arises when your legend is hit by the enemy and the shells combine; The balls create a flashing effect that blinds some players and keeps them out of the game.
In the Arenas match, where their team was unfortunately eliminated, one of the players realized that the siphon made it very difficult to see, as bullets from Triple Take hit him.
“The strobe effect of Triple Take should be removed or significantly reduced,” they write. “It totally ruins the viewing and really hurts the eyes.”
In a 1v1 clip of a 1v1 match between user DapperMidkip and rival Bloodhound, flashes go blind as the video slows down. This not only causes headaches, but also complicates the pursuit of the enemy.
But in January, Respawn acknowledged and said it was investigating visual issues and visual effects issues in general in Apex.
Respawn is aware of visual clarity and screen/VFX stuttering issues in Apex Legends and is evaluating public feedback regarding this issue in the “near future”.

Flickering isn’t an issue if others seem to want Respawn to do something for visual clarity for those standing at the opposite end of the Triple Take barrel. Before that, take off your glasses and aspirin will shine.
