March 2022 is our comprehensive selection of the best, worst, and most enduring legends currently available on the Apex Legends roster.
Like any live service game, Apex Legends is constantly evolving with touches, nerfs, changes, and tweaks that affect each character’s place in the game’s meta. A patch can be the difference between wearing an S -Tier and failure of a C-Tier.
Here’s what you need to know in March 2022.
This week the focus is on r/ApexLegends – one of the biggest Apex community houses?

S-level
Are you ready to dominate the next game? S-level legends are a shower of pain for competitors. Wraith, Pathfinder, and Horizon have been constant residents in this regard, especially in light of Pathfinder’s latest exploits.
layer A
Shiny A-level characters can be a bit of a challenge, but they still have their place in the game’s meta. Some can be a situational choice, like Seer for keeping up with clumsy opponents or Lifeline for a little extra support. Regardless of the choice, chances are your teammates won’t raise an eyebrow in lineup with one of these legends.
B-level
Mad Maggie notes that for the Respawn team, there has been a big change in execution methods. It’s not uncommon for players to find a legend too strong and play it until they’re definitely nervous – like Seer, for example. Maggie’s place in the B-Tier breaks that tradition. Or maybe the actors just haven’t mastered their set yet.
Players seem to be keen on crypto, which with the latest Defiance patch will track drone processing, increase playtime, and track kills.
C-level
It’s still a little embarrassing to see the Bloodhound at the back of the pack climbing only a year ago. Otherwise, legends living in Tier C can be guessed.
