Respawn Entertainment has shared their thoughts on the upcoming map overhaul.

“Time changes everything, and Kings Canyon is no exception. Once upon a time, Skull Town rose from its ashes to become a relic. Terraforming changed, expanded or completely closed popular ambush areas, the cage was opened and replaced with simple ones. all here to make the games as exciting as possible. These changes to King Canyon are the focus of all future map updates: adding new places of interest for players to explore and ensuring that points of interest are tailored to meet everyone’s needs. the users. players.”

As mentioned, Respawn tries to update outdated and outdated POIs like Cage, which many players have been complaining about for years.

As with every new season, Respawn is working on more in-game balancing. Respawn continues to work on ammo economy, and various weapons such as the Eva-8 will receive some tweaks.

In addition to balancing, Respawn has introduced a new weapon mod. Players will be able to add laser sights to SMGs and pistols instead of installing cannons. This should give players a variety of options for melee combat.

Finally, Respawn promises some gold hardware changes, a much-requested feature.

As previously leaked, Respawn is increasing the level cap. Although an exact number has yet to be announced, the explanation for the increased levels was “overwhelming”. The number must therefore be quite large.

Apex Legends: Hunted will be released on August 9.
