There’s no doubt that Apex Legends is a game of skill. Some players have a lot of talent, some don’t.

This player is unlikely to fall directly into another player’s line of sight. In addition to all the luck already in this game, what appears to be a red death box also falls on the player.
So that player not only gets one, maybe two kills, but also gets red tier loot. This means they either get a free red shield or a maintenance weapon.
