Respawn Entertainment plans to increase the level cap on Apex Legends for the first time in two years when Season 14 launches on August 9.
When Apex first released in February 2019, the level cap was set at 100. In December, Respawn increased that number to 500, giving players more rewards and goals to complete. The level cap has remained stagnant ever since, despite many players wanting the studio to upgrade again.

Respawn Entertainment has confirmed the increase, but the exact details of the increase – such as a new cap or officer rewards – are unknown.
The game’s website says “Aim for new heights with increased level cap”.
With no official announcement from Respawn, the reveals have put a new title at level 700 with new cosmetics and unlockable Apex Packs along the way.
Players will get a full picture of the level cap when Season 14 launches early next month, bringing a new Legend, Vantage, and a revamped Kings Canyon.
