Recently, Apex Legends developer John “JayBiebs” Larson said that it’s unlikely we’ll see an antiscan legend added to the game. In the same Twitter thread, JBibs responded with the comment, “So we can s ‘expect a valk nerf since it’s a mandatory callout?’

“We thought we could go back to the drawing board before releasing this set with more Legend variants,” he later said.
Players would love for the Valk nerf to come soon, but as JayBeibs explains, those changes might not happen until next season. But at least Respawn has acknowledged that changes will be needed.
