The Apex Legends leak may have revealed the next Battle Royale setting that Respawn Entertainment is preparing for its players.
Apex Legends Season 12: Defiance Off and Run definitely looks like a new battle royale map on the way, with new LTM commands, a new Legend in Mad Maggie, and an upgraded Olympus.
On Tuesday, February 22, Redditor with the title XJust_be_niceX posted a direct ad and image on their r/ApexUcovered page: “Next Map (Moon Map).”
Alongside this obvious leak, the screenshot shows an unreleased first image from space on a moon-like planet.
While the geometry and loot pools pictured suggest they’ll definitely be on the Apex Legends map, the skybox itself looks pretty impressive.
Some Reddit users apparently affiliated with the Apex Legends Tutorial even commented on the post to find out if this map is set on a famous planet called Typhon.
As with all leaks, please feel free to take this information with a grain of salt, as it may never be released.
