Apex Legends often has new cheats and achievements. Players are always finding new ways to surprise their opponents and gain an advantage, and this trend continues with a technique players call “coat jumping”.
This new technique combines several old movement tricks that allow players to hover over the enemy. It’s more difficult than normal moves, but if mastered it can be very useful for catching enemies. Here’s how.

It mainly consists of a super jump (where the legend interacts with the rope and jumps at exactly the same time) and a coat jump. Watch the video below to see how to skip the coat.
If you can perform both moves correctly and in time, the “cloak jump” will effectively knock you off the rope, bypass the cloak animation, and fly over the enemy. The Apex actor and Redditor thevilnside backed down.
