Here are the official fixes made by Respawn in the Lifeline Awakening Collection Event patch:
These changes are in line with the leak that surfaced on Reddit last Saturday.
Lifeline can now use DOC Heal Drone tactical skills to heal all teammates before they run out of fuel in 20 seconds. The treatment area has also been doubled, allowing players to stay a bit more open and take up more space.
The decision to ditch the Combat Medic auto-spawn, switching to a downed teammate from a revived Lifeline certainly makes sense, allowing downed players to decide for themselves if it’s a good time to spawn.
Finally, delaying Lifeline’s care pack in cooldown and shield capacity should make using ultimates more valuable.
Overall, it will be interesting to see if these changes have any impact on Lifeline’s pick speed or her place in the current meta legend.
